14th Annual Light Keeper's Gala

The National Lighthouse Museum's mission has been to educate and preserve the navigational history of lighthouses being lost due to modern technology. We provide informative programs for our community, such as an educational learning experience for adults and children of all ages and abilities, annual fall festivals, monthly maritime-themed presentations and our seasonal sightseeing lighthouse boat tours just to name a few.

On Friday, August 2, 2024, we will be hosting our 14th Annual Light Keepers' Gala as we set sail on the Cornucopia Destiny…honoring:

Robert “Patches” Eisele, Wind in Our Sails Award

Family of Kate Walker, Light Keeper’s Award

Halina McCormack, Maritime Conservation Award

Council Member Kamillah Hanks, Community Lamplighter Award

St. George Theatre, Community Lamplighter Award

for their commitment, dedication and community service to the National Lighthouse Museum or lighthouses nationwide. This year is a special time, as we celebrate our 10th year anniversary and all of the great things we’ve accomplished…while we look forward to all that's to come!
